Professor Martin Barker

I retired in 2013 after a career in media and cultural studies, with a main focus in the last 25 years on audience research, and almost 20 major projects. These included a project on the development of theatre/opera livecasting into cinemas. I am editor of Participations, still the pre-eminent audience studies Journal.
